Crispy Baked Sweet Potato Fries Yes, yes, still fixating on the sweet potato. Still haven’t bought my mandolin slicer to make nice, evenly-sliced chips, so I’m going for fries instead. This recipe includes an extra recipe for “ka-pow garlic ketchup” (which sounds AWESOME!) plus a “solution de la soggy” to make your fries extra crispy.
